Structure

The Foundation is directed by its leadership team with defined areas of responsibility across strategy, impact, communications, operations and partnerships.

Decision-making

Opportunity design, eligibility and review criteria are set collectively and documented before any call opens.

Conflicts of interest

Anyone connected to an applicant withdraws from the relevant review. This applies to staff, advisors and partners alike.

Accountability

Governance documentation will be published here as the Foundation formalises its structures. We will not imply oversight arrangements we have not yet established.
