We are defining in advance what would count as evidence of progress, so that later reporting cannot be shaped retroactively.
What we intend to measure
Reach of discovery, clarity of process, quality of preparation, and the longer-term progress of those we support.
What we will not claim
Attribution is difficult and often overstated. We will describe contribution rather than claim causation.
