A Community Group Addressing a Challenge

A group of neighbours has been managing a shared challenge for years, informally and effectively. What they lack is not capability but familiarity with the vocabulary of applications.

Application forms often assume an organizational structure that community groups may not have, and ask for documentation that was never necessary for the work itself.

Designing for this reality means asking for what is genuinely needed, and offering guidance where the process is unfamiliar.
