Every opportunity listing answers a small number of questions: who it is for, what it supports, where it applies, and what is required. Reading in that order saves time.
Eligibility is a description of fit, not a judgement of merit. An opportunity that does not fit is simply the wrong pathway.
Where a requirement is unclear, treat that as a question to ask rather than an assumption to make.
